This will help keep your blood flowing and your heart happy. Exercise 7 days a week for a minimum of 20-30 minutes a day. Make sure to incorporate a healthy amount of water consumption to help ease you into working out.

It’s time to rethink your diet. Things such as sugar, caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol are variables in making your menopause more difficult than necessary. Replace your beverages with water and your sugar with fruits/vegetables.
